At BuggerDepot, we take pride in shipping healthy, clean Dubia roaches that arrive alive and ready to feed your reptiles. Please read our shipping and guarantee policies carefully before placing your order.

 

 

📦 Shipping Schedule

  • We ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend postal delays.

  • Orders placed after Wednesday 12 PM EST will ship the following Monday.

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.

 

 

🚀 Shipping Methods

  • USPS Priority Mail (2–3 Days)

  • USPS Express Mail (1–2 Days)

📌 Express is recommended for extreme weather conditions or urgent orders.

 

 

🌡️ Weather & Heat/Cool Packs

  • Dubia roaches are sensitive to temperature extremes.

  • If your local daytime highs are over 85°F, a Cool Pack is required.

  • If your local daytime lows are below 50°F, a Heat Pack is required.

  • Heat/Cool packs are available as add-ons during checkout.

 

 

✅ Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

We guarantee live arrival if all conditions below are met:

  1. The correct Heat or Cool Pack is purchased when temperatures are below 50°F or above 85°F.

  2. Someone is present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Packages left in a mailbox, on a porch, or in extreme temperatures void the guarantee.

  3. Shipping method is USPS Priority or Express Mail.

If conditions are met and you experience a loss, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and insects

We will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

 

📜 Additional Policies

  • No returns on live insects.

  • Delays caused by USPS (weather, holidays, routing errors) are outside of our control and not covered under LAG.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
