At BuggerDepot, we are committed to providing healthy, clean feeder insects that arrive in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products — live insects — we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.
❌ Why We Cannot Accept Returns:
Returned insects pose a serious risk of introducing disease, contamination, or parasites to our breeding colonies. To maintain the highest health standards for all our customers, we must strictly prohibit any returns.
🐛 What We DO Offer Instead:
We stand by the quality of our shipments. If your order arrives:

Dead on arrival (DOA)

Damaged

In poor condition due to shipping error
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the insects and packaging
📦 If verified, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement shipment

OR a store credit equal to the value of the affected portion of your order
